It is easy to download photos from a camera onto the iPad. You just have to pull the SD card out of the camera and then plug it into the SD-card reader of the iPad. You can work directly with your images and other files without extra software installations because the device now acts as a storage disk.

These can be controlled by visiting "settings" and then "notifications." You can save your iPad battery by deciding to turn off certain app alerts, while allowing alerts from others. That way, you only get alerts from apps that are important to you.
Since an iPad is a significant investment, it is wise to provide proper care for it. Screen protectors are purchased by many people. These are thin plastic sheets that cover the screen of the iPad to provide extra protection. Use a cloth that is designed for cleaning screens whenever you wipe off your iPad. Do you get annoyed by constantly being asked if you want to join a Wi-Fi network? You can turn this off to get rid of this annoyance. Visit "settings" and then "Wi-Fi" and deactivate your "ask to join" option. You will still be able to hop on a network if you desire. You will not get a lot of notifications if you do this, but you can still join networks whenever you want.
Does the notifications to join a Wi-Fi network annoy you? You can actually disable them. Tap settings, Wi-Fi, and then turn off the feature that asks you to join networks. If you are still interested in joining a network, do not be concerned. This can easily be achieved, but you won't have to deal with high numbers of notifications in the interim.
There are easy ways to help you manage the battery of your iPad. Do not leave it out in the heat. Turn down the brightness whenever you can. Turn on the airplane mode if you have no need for the Internet. Keeping Push disabled also helps. Check your mailbox and your calendar manually, or choose an interval of a few minutes.
