Famous actresses of the 1990s – what are they up to now?

Well, quite a lot of them are still in the movie industry. But some of them moved on to various small TV roles. Some of them just disappear from the limelight. I guess Hollywood can be quite brutal sometimes.

1. Meg Ryan

She used to be the queen of romantic comedies of the 1990s. When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle, You’ve Got Mail – she’s in all of them. So what she’s doing now? Not much, actually. But compared to Demi Moore, I think she’s doing really well. It’s probably good to stay away from the limelight.

Actresses get themselves ‘dolled-up’ for the Oscars 2011 red carpet

Wow, they really pull out the plug for the biggest award show for the movie industry. There seems to be quite a few red gowns this year. I like Anne Hathaway’s Valentino gown and Michelle William’s Chanel couture gown as well. Mila Kunis and her lavender Elie Saab gown is probably my favourite. Which one is your favourite?

Michelle Williams – maybe aiming for the ‘ice queen’ look and pulling it perfectly. I always adore her.

The Grammy Awards 2011 Highlights

I’m not as much into pop music as much as films so the BAFTA is a lot more interesting to me than The Grammys. Having said that, there are still some things that interest me about The Grammys….one of them is Muse. I’m so glad that they won. Of course Lady Gaga did a crazy performance and Miley Cyrus showed up.

An unimportant movie premiere ‘Just Go With It’ starring Jennifer Aniston & Adam Sandler

Oh, please. Why would anyone produce a movie like this? I couldn’t even be bothered seeing it. Jennifer Aniston really needs to branch out from romcoms. I’ve seen enough of her doing that. And Adam Sandler – please star in another movie like ‘Punch Drunk Love’.

Famous Couples who used to be together

They have all moved on. They married other people, have kids with other people. But sometimes I like to look back and remember the old days.

1. Brad Pitt & Jennifer Aniston

They always look so happy in public. And they had that beautiful Santa Monica wedding. That was before Angelina Jolie happened to their lives.

2. Jennifer Garner & Michael Vartan

I love ALIAS. And these two have incredible chemistry in the show. I really wanted them to be together in real life. But I guess life has different plans for them.

3. Gwyneth Paltrow & Ben Affleck

I’m not sure what happened between Gwynn & Ben. They weren’t together for very long. But I always thought that they looked great together.

4. Rachel McAdams & Ryan Gosling

‘The Notebook’ is probably my favourite romantic movie ever. A huge part of it is because of Ryan & Rachel. They are so convincing. I’m so sad that they’re not together anymore. Maybe they will get back together again one day. I’m crossing my fingers.

5. Reese Witherspoon & Ryan Phillipe

They got married and had two kids when they’re barely adults. Young marriages in Hollywood are very hard to sustain. Ryan seems very happy with Abbie Cornish and I’m sure Reese will find someone soon.

6. Tom Cruise & Nicole Kidman

I thought that they’re going to last forever. After all, they were married for ten years. But then again…Tom’s a bit weird.

7. Sandra Bullock & Matthew McConaughey

They met at the set of ‘A Time To Kill’ and they started dating. They looked like such a fun couple.
